Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the data controller is Ali Öksüz | Fizyoterapist | Özel Sağlık Meslek Hizmet Birimi (Address: Toros Mah. 801. Sok. No:4/4 Kat:2, 07070 Konyaaltı/Antalya).

2. Personal Data Processed

  • Contact data: name, phone number and message content when you reach us by phone or WhatsApp.
  • Security data: IP address, browser information and access logs kept by our hosting provider when you visit the site.
  • Usage data: page views and interactions collected via Google Analytics only if you give cookie consent; anonymous aggregate statistics collected without cookies via Vercel Web Analytics.
  • Health data: no health data is requested through this website. Please do not share complaints, diagnoses or medical reports in your first WhatsApp or phone contact; such information is only collected in person within the applicable legal framework.

3. Purposes

  • Responding to your appointment and information requests,
  • Operating the site securely and preventing misuse,
  • With your consent, measuring site usage statistically and improving content,
  • Fulfilling legal obligations and requests of competent authorities.

4. Legal Grounds and Collection Method

Data is collected electronically through site visits, phone calls and WhatsApp messages. Contact data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2-c (necessary for establishing a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest); security data under Art. 5/2-ç (legal obligation) and Art. 5/2-f; analytics cookie data based on your explicit consent under Art. 5/1. You can withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link at the bottom of the site.

5. Transfers

Your data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to these service providers: Vercel Inc. (hosting and anonymous analytics, USA), Google LLC (Google Analytics and Google Maps — only after consent or click, USA), WhatsApp / Meta Platforms (messaging — if you write to us on WhatsApp, USA/EU). Cross-border transfers are carried out under the conditions of KVKK Art. 9. Data may also be disclosed to legally authorised public bodies upon request.

6. Retention

Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and as required by law, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Google Analytics data is configured to be retained for a maximum of 14 months.

7. Your Rights under KVKK Art. 11

  • To learn whether your personal data is processed and request information,
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
  • To know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Turkey or abroad,
  • To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, or deletion/destruction where conditions are met, and notification of these actions to recipients,
  • To object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis,
  • To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

8. Applications

No:4/4 Kat:2, 07070 Konyaaltı/Antalya or by e-mail to fztalioksuz@gmail.com, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
